Content assessed case by case
Enquiries may include research summaries, training materials, product information and professional communications. Clinically sensitive, patient-facing or regulated materials require additional assessment and may be declined if the necessary expertise or review cannot be provided.
Terminology and the intended reader
A professional audience and a patient audience need different language. Approved terminology, abbreviations, product references and source context help define the work. Unclear source statements are raised for clarification.
A stated review scope
We agree the translation, specialist revision and final-file checks appropriate to the assignment. Linguistic review does not replace clinical review, regulatory assessment or validation by the responsible organization. No regulatory approval or quality-system certification is claimed.
Sensitive information and technology
Do not include patient-identifiable data in an initial enquiry. Secure transfer, access permissions and processing arrangements must be agreed before files are shared. Machine translation is not used by default for sensitive material.
