Legal translation

Careful language for consequential documents.

Legal documents need precise wording and consistent treatment of names, dates and defined terms. We discuss the document’s purpose and destination before proposing a translation and review process.

Documents we can assess

Enquiries may include contracts, corporate records, legal correspondence and supporting documents. We confirm the language pair, document type and suitable expertise before accepting the project.

Accuracy without silent assumptions

Legal concepts may not map neatly across jurisdictions. References, defined terms and ambiguous source passages need careful handling. We agree how questions and translator notes are managed.

Formal acceptance requirements

Please obtain the receiving authority’s instructions and share them before commissioning. Malta registration applies to Chinese–English only and does not establish automatic acceptance abroad. Certified, sworn, notarized or legalized delivery is not promised by this website; any additional requirement must be confirmed for the assignment.

Review and confidentiality

We agree who may access the files and what review is required. Translation provides language support, not legal advice. Machine-assisted processing is considered only under an expressly agreed workflow and data permissions.
